Long Eaton United v Alfreton Town Wednesday 25 July KO 7:30pm

Long Eaton United will be giving a debut to a player with over 200 league games under his belt and also several seasons of Champions League football to his credit. At present the Management team are unwilling to name the player.

Steve Hamilton is quoted as saying "We are pleased to be able to attract a player of this quality and experience, it shows that Long Eaton United are serious about progressing in the right direction and his experience will be invaluable to our young squad"

On another note this season the pitch is looking in tip top condition and at times it was touch and go with all the rain, but Stuart and Rick (pictured below), have made a great job of the pitch to bring it to a high standard for this season.
